Little Miss Smarty Pants . . .

I may be a little biased - but I think Brooklyn is so smart and talks so well for her age, and she pretty much understands everything. These are some of the cute things she says and does lately. : )

She makes us tired . . .

On Saturday night, it was almost time for Brooklyn's bath. She grabbed her pajamas, covered her eyes with them, and was a wild woman. She was running into everything, and just thought it was hilarious. She did this for about a half hour, she makes us really tired even just watching her!

Our dinner conversation . . .

Last night, we were eating dinner, and all Brooklyn could talk about was "Ry Ry" meaning Uncle Ryan. She just kept saying "Ry Ry Ry Ry," and pointing to his picture. So, I decided to whip out the camera. She just LOVES her Uncle Ryan. I guess on Monday night, when she left Grandma and Grandpa's, she started crying because she didn't want to leave Uncle Ryan. I hate to say it Ryan, but she is just smitten with you. : )

For Aunt Erica . . .

Last weekend, it started to get chilly. The high was only 52 degrees! It was time to get little miss B some warm "feet" pajamas! She loves them and I love them, they are so soft and warm! Aunt Erica wanted to see Brooklyn in her new pj's. And, can you imagine what Brooklyn's hair would look like if I didn't do it? Pure craziness!

My latest project . . .

My latest project is making Brooklyn bows for her hair! I love big, cute bows, and when I went to buy some online - I thought that they were ridiculously expensive, so I decided to venture out and make my own. They are so fun to make and I think that she looks super cute in them too!

Our little "basket case" . . .

Friday night, Ben and I were watching TV and Brooklyn was playing behind us. All of the sudden we heard some whining and looked back to find this! She is such a funny girl. She emptied all of her diapers, wipes, and pajamas and had found her a new chair. : ) I had to help her out, she was stuck pretty good.

Labor Day 2008

On Monday, we decided to head over to Heritage Square for some fun on Labor Day! We convinced Ryan and Sarah to come with us. Little Brooklyn loved riding all of the rides with us, though she wasn't too sure about them at first, but then decided it was kind of fun. Even though there were a lot of people, and it was pretty hot, it was nice to be out!
