Pumpkin Patch
About two weeks ago, yes, I am that behind on blogging, we took little Miss B to the cutest pumpkin patch here, called U Pick Pumpkin Patch. We loved the rows and rows of perfect pumpkins, seriously, they were all so good. Ben and B also found their way through a hay bale maze. And many thanks to B, we found the perfect pumpkin. Pair it with another that Uncle Dennis gave B, we are all set to carve out a beautiful Snow White and cute little Minnie Mouse, stay tuned . . .

IF YOU GUESSED A . . .
GIRL, you are in the drawing for a little something from me. Congrats to you lucky guessers out there, and sorry to the others but thanks for playing! : ) I will let you know the results soon. Stay tuned . . .
P.S. Baby girl checked out great, she is an active little thing. The ultrasound tech even took a pic of her heart for her to have on file, because it was just "so beautiful." : ) And, Ben wants everyone to know that he was right again, he called this about a month ago.

Alright people, the time has come to guess what we are having (as in a boy or a girl)! We find out next Wednesday, October 7! So, vote over to the right in the poll, AND leave me a comment with your guess. If you guess the correct gender, you will be entered into a drawing to win a little something. I'm not promising anything fancy, just something. : ) It's about time I do something exciting on my blog!!! So, let the guessing begin!
And, no I'm not telling you what I think it is - because I don't think that will help you, I was wrong last time!!! You're on your own. Good luck!!!

Home Building Progress
The pre-home building process has finally been completed and they have started building our home. They have dug the hole, poured the footings, and foundation. So they are moving right along and hopefully we will be in before the holidays.

Salt Lake City Trip
This past weekend we went down to SLC to meet up with Ben's parents who came in from Denver. We stopped by the Gateway mall on the way so I could run into BabyGap. Brooklyn was so excited to see G&G Watts! We went to dinner on the roof of the Hotel Utah that night and then headed to Ben's Uncles house where we were staying. Saturday morning Grandma Watts took Brooklyn swimming in their pool. Brooklyn loved it and even tried out the water slide.

Saturday night Ben's Uncle got them BYU vs. FSU football tickets so everyone headed down to Provo for the game while I stayed back and watched Brooklyn. From what I hear it wasn't much of a game but they still had a good time.
Sunday we went to church and then after had a large family (Ben's other Uncle from Denver was there also) dinner which also included Elder Hartman Rector Jr. and his family. Elder Rector is working with Ben's uncles who have a non-profit foundation called "Beit Lehi" (which means "The House of Lehi") and were doing a special fireside that evening. The Foundation is set up to support the excavation of the Beit Lehi archaeological site, located 22 miles south of Jerusalem. The fireside was very interesting as they believe that this is where Lehi could have lived. Here is a video about the site.
They also sat right in front of the General Authority's Skybox and saw President Monson.
